The overall coordination of our service provisions takes place in our Customer Centre in the Zürich headquarters, from where we coordinate all operations in Switzerland.

Our friendly employees will answer any question quickly and accurately, and thereby provide a perfect service experience for you as the customer.

This is because we know: only a happy customer is a loyal customer!

We are there for you from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00, and are happy to help.

Our employees will, of course, greet you in either the appropriate country's language or, alternatively, in English - entirely as you prefer.
