With the e-Advertiser, any motifs or graphics can be shown on the display of e-BRIDGE Next multifunctional systems in energy-saving mode:

  • Display of the printer name or IP address in energy-saving mode and/or login screen
  • Administration via a configurator is simple and easy to understand
  • Images can be freely selected, displayed in any order and added quickly

Exchange- und GmailConnector

 

The Exchange and GmailConnector for e-BRIDGE Next multifunctional systems enables quick and easy access to the personal and global address book of Microsoft Exchange or Gmail.

After authentication on a system, subject lines and texts for an e-mail can be entered individually directly on the control panel of the multifunctional system. The emails sent are displayed in the personal mailbox under "Sent items". In addition, the Exchange and Gmail connector can also be used to integrate a fax server.

Additional modules can be added to the standard functionality depending on customer requirements.

The e-FileWatcher application enables the monitoring of directories, email inboxes or even print data streams and processes them according to defined rules. Workflows and processes are quickly and easily modelled and configured via a graphical user interface based on events and parameters. The application has a modular structure and can therefore be adapted to changing customer requirements at any time.

The application is limited to the essentials - data input and automated printout control. Administrative tasks such as layout design, positioning and parameterisation of the label printer remain invisible to the user. Toshiba's powerful software solutions offer a wide range of functions to optimise machining processes and print output in a targeted manner. In addition to cost savings, process optimisation also optimises internal workflows. Rule-based print guidelines make a decisive contribution to the efficient use of print output systems.

Multifunctional systems and printers in the network are monitored and controlled centrally and status messages are forwarded to defined users by e-mail.

Automated recording of counter readings reduces time and labour costs.

e-FleetManager


Fleet management software for centralised administration and monitoring of all Toshiba print output systems in the network.

The e-FleetManager displays all information from the systems within a defined network IP circle. The application can be customised or extended according to customer-specific requirements by means of optional individual programming by Toshiba's own development department. The e-FleetManager is a locally installed software that offers a wide range of display options and analyses of the respective fleet status:

  • Recording and management of all Toshiba A3/A4 print output systems including label printers
  • Status information on general machine information, counter readings and consumables
  • Centralised access to notifications, warning message management or threshold settings, e.g. for consumables messages

 

 

PaperCut MF


Powerful output management software.

PaperCut MF is the ideal way to fulfil the requirements of effective copy and print cost management. The application enables centralised control, monitoring and forwarding of print jobs to multifunctional systems or printers. With the "Find-Me" print function, documents no longer fall into the wrong hands, but follow the user to any compatible multifunctional system or printer within the company network, thus enabling secure and confidential printing. PaperCut MF can therefore also be ideally integrated into complex heterogeneous networks or, in the public sector, into so-called payment environments.

The Toshiba e-FOLLOW software keeps the print jobs ready for you until you decide where they are to be printed. Benefit from the new flexibility: Is a printer occupied?
Or would you like to print to the printer closest to the meeting room? No problem. The print job follows you - wherever you go.
Logging on to the system is very simple: either use your ID card via the card reader or enter your password and PIN on the MFP control panel. Even if you have already selected the printer and print job, you can easily set additional parameters such as simplex or duplex printing, colour or black and white printing.

SOTI Connect

Toshiba's latest mobile label printers are supported by SOTI Connect. This enables customers to implement effective fleet management and increase the productivity and operational safety of their business. All machine information and statuses (e.g. counter readings, printer status, maintenance intervals) are displayed in real time as a dashboard view or in the form of diagrams in a clear and user-friendly manner. Automation rules automatically issue warnings and trigger actions when predefined conditions are met - significantly reducing the downtime of IoT solutions.
